Home Renovation and Rear Extension with Large Open‑Plan Kitchen and Garden Views

This residential project began with the clients’ ambition to create a larger, more flexible living environment. We designed a generous rear house extension that added a
60 sq metre open‑plan kitchen, dining and TV space, transforming the way the home functions day to day. The new layout provides a bright, contemporary hub for cooking, relaxing and entertaining.

A key part of the brief was to improve the home’s connection to the outdoors. The extension features wide openings and carefully positioned glazing, creating a much stronger relationship with the garden. The result is enhanced natural light, improved views, and effortless access to the outdoor space, making it ideal for social gatherings.

Beyond the extension, the entire property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fully renovated to modern standards, ensuring the interior feels cohesive, comfortable and beautifully updated throughout.
