Grade II Listed

The owners of this Grade II listed cottage envisioned a family kitchen and dining room that would seamlessly connect to the expansive terrace and cottage garden.

To achieve this, we designed an extension with large sliding doors, creating a stunning space that’s perfect for entertaining. The centerpiece is a beautifully handcrafted kitchen by Middleton Bespoke, which adds both charm and elegance.

The entire property has undergone a thoughtful refurbishment. The bathrooms have been modernized, and the original kitchen has been repurposed into a practical boot and utility room. The outdated conservatory was replaced with a stylish orangery, enhancing both the aesthetic and functionality of the home.

Every room has been tastefully furnished, ensuring a cohesive and stylish flow throughout the property. The clients are absolutely delighted with the transformation, and Karenna Wilford Architects of East Sussex is equally proud of the results.
