Semi‑Detached Property Renovation with Two‑Storey Extension and Pet‑Friendly Design

This semi‑detached family home required significant reconfiguration to better accommodate a large household and their pets. The clients approached us to redesign and extend the property, creating a more functional, spacious and modern living environment.

We designed a two‑storey house extension that mirrors the existing roof apex, adding a generous open‑plan kitchen, dining and family room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the new master bedroom suite features a Juliette balcony, a luxurious en‑suite bathroom and a spacious dressing room, combining comfort with contemporary style.

To improve everyday practicality, the entrance hallway was widened to create a more welcoming arrival space. Essential additions such as a WC, a dedicated boot room and a new utility room were incorporated into the layout. The redesigned garage now includes a purpose‑built dog shower and drying area, ideal for a busy family with pets.
