RESIDENTIAL LEISURE
COMPLEX

Our clients wanted to create a leisure building to compliment their swimming pool and surrounding garden. The new building houses a gym, virtual golf range, games room, bar and entertaining space.

The clients have grandchildren and want them to enjoy the leisure facilities as well as having an art studio to be able to experiment with creating art.

The building is adaptable and allows different areas for smaller entertaining spaces whilst being flexible to allow for larger gatherings.

The building is a modern design, energy efficient, using sustainable materials and making the most of the views across the garden and beyond.
