BUNGALOW REFURBISHMENT
EXTENSION IN EAST SUSSEX

The building is a 1930’s bungalow that required updating and extending. The interior was gutted and all the walls removed. The building has been clad in insulation and timber cladding to improve energy efficiency. The building is situated in the centre of a village and retains a traditional exterior whilst the interior is fully modernised.

The main space has an open plan kitchen, dining, work area so the clients are able to socialise whilst doing different activities. The building has benefitted from larger window openings towards the spectacular views and has a veranda that allows the clients to enjoy the garden in all weathers.
