Karenna Wilford



Karenna has 30 years of experience in architecture, she was fortunate to start her career at internationally renowned Richard Rogers and Partners, working on the Lloyds building in the City of London. Following on from this Karenna worked at a number of well know practices all over the world.


In 1995 Karenna formed her own practice in London, she then relocated to Sussex in 2000 and has built the practice up to be a leading RIBA Chartered Practice in the South East. 


Karenna really enjoys sitting down with clients, talking through their dreams and then designing and exploring the various options in order to find the best option that results in her clients obtaining their dream home. Karenna is involved in all aspects and stages of every project the practice takes on, so as to ensure her clients get the best service.

Karenna has been registered with the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and the arb (Architects Registration Board) since 1991.

Developed a strong client base by delivering high quality architecture, interior and project management for various sized projects - refurbishments, extensions and new builds as well as Grade II listed buildings and agricultural building conversions with budgets ranging from £100,000 - £2,500,000.


Recent projects include obtaining planning permission for a large barn conversion and designs for many new houses, extensions and refurbishments in Kent and Sussex, obtaining planning permission to convert an agricultural property into residential, a multi property renovation and refurbishment in Cranbrook as well as extensions to Grade II listed buildings.
