Karenna has over 30 years’ experience as an Architect and has been registered with the RIBA since 1991. She is a highly effective and practical professional, combining a warm personality with a high sense of integrity and focus.

She has worked for the high profile international offices of Richard Rogers and Partners, Eva Jiricna Architects and Michael Wilford Architects in the United Kingdom, United States and Germany. Karenna has experience in residential, commercial, arts and education buildings.

Natasha is the Practice Manager and is a highly skilled executive assistant who for the past three decades has provided support for a variety of businesses. She is recognised for her exceptional organisation skills and has extensive experience in extending and renovating homes.

Darren Hopkins has 30 years of experience within architecture ranging from single bespoke housing to large scale retail and commercial/residential schemes and schools, to a multimillion-pound 6-star hotel/health spa. 

Darren studied for his degree in architecture at the Kent Institute of art and design, Canterbury where he gained several national student awards and third place in an international student design competition.  At the University of Portsmouth, he gained a degree and diploma in architecture as well as having several schemes published in architectural magazines.  In the 1990’s he worked with Jan Kaplicky of Future Systems and more recently for Noviun Architects. 

Karen studied at Brighton University and qualified as an architect in 1993. She has enjoyed a varied career, focussing on both architectural research and practice. Her architectural research, funded by the RIBA, has taken her to India, Nigeria and Ghana in search of the work of Dame Jane Drew. Karen is RIBA registered and prior to joining our team her architectural work included residential, commercial and ecclesiastical buildings. She has previously worked on the Cottage Hospice in Five Ashes and for the Hospice in the Weald in Tonbridge.

Nellie is an Interior Designer who trained in interior design and architecture at the University of Kent. She has a wide range of experience working as a freelancer and as a senior Interior Designer for Cave Interiors in London. Nellie has vast experience in residential interiors and has worked with varying budgets and projects, producing interiors schemes alongside kitchen and bathroom designs, electrical and lighting layouts and full FF&E services.

Mimi Hopkins
Architectural Assistant

Keith studied at London South Bank University obtaining a BSc in Architectural Technology. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. Keith has experience in all forms of residential development working for housing developers, architectural practices and planning consultants.  He specialises in producing all necessary information for Building Regulations and tender documentation.

Mimi is an Architectural Assistant, studying at Portsmouth University. She has a keen eye for detail and enjoys pushing boundaries within design using 3D software.

The practice dogs who like a good walk but haven't grasped the finer points of architecture yet! They cannot tell the difference between modern or traditional design but they can smell a rabbit from 100 metres away and enjoy chasing it!
