Semi-detached family home

The owners of this semi-detached property sought extensive changes to better accommodate their large family and pets.

We designed a two-story extension that mirrors the existing apex, creating a spacious new kitchen, dining, and family room on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom now boasts a Juliette balcony, a luxurious en-suite, and a generous dressing room, perfectly blending comfort and style.

To enhance the home's functionality, we expanded the hallway for a more welcoming entrance and added essential features, including a WC and a new boot and utility room. Additionally, a convenient dog shower and drying area was incorporated into the new garage.
